Effective date: August 29, 2026.
- Collect only information reasonably needed to provide, secure, support, and improve a service.
- Do not sell personal information for money or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Use a payment processor for card details; Avora should not receive or store complete card numbers.
- Do not send unnecessary sensitive information through Avora forms or email.
This Notice applies to Avora Relay LLC (“Avora Relay,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and to AvoraRelay.com, guides, calculators, planning tools, information checks, update services, digital products, communications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). It does not apply to a separately formed company unless that company’s own notice expressly says otherwise.
Information we collect
Information you provide
Depending on the Service, this may include your name, email address, business name, order and access details, support history, product selections, general business-planning inputs, calculator inputs, website details submitted for a check, communications, feedback, and email preferences.
If a product page says a browser-based tool does not save its inputs, that statement applies to the identified tool inputs. Limited technical, security, order, or access records may still be processed as described here.
Information collected automatically
The website and its service providers may receive limited technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages used, timestamps, approximate region, session identifiers, error information, and security logs.
Information from service providers
Avora may receive limited payment status, transaction, email-delivery, referral, hosting, or security information from providers that help operate the Services.
How information is used
- Provide requested tools, results, reports, access, and customer support.
- Process purchases, maintain order records, and prevent duplicate or unauthorized transactions.
- Operate, troubleshoot, secure, test, and improve the Services.
- Send transactional messages about access, orders, security, service delivery, or material policy changes.
- Send marketing communications only with a separate lawful basis and an unsubscribe method.
- Comply with law, enforce agreements, and establish or defend legal claims.
Avora does not submit a government filing or communicate in a customer’s name unless a separate service expressly includes that action and the customer gives clear authorization.
Payments and government fees
If Avora offers a paid product, a third-party payment processor such as Stripe may process the purchase. Card details are provided directly to the processor under its own privacy terms. Avora receives limited transaction information rather than a complete card number or security code.
Government filing and service fees are paid through the applicable government system unless a purchase page clearly states otherwise. Avora does not receive payment information entered on a government payment page.
Cookies and similar technologies
The website and its providers may use cookies, local or session storage, pixels, logs, and similar technologies to maintain access, remember preferences, secure the site, measure performance, diagnose errors, and understand use.
If Avora later uses nonessential advertising or other technologies that require consent or an opt-out, the required controls and an updated notice will be provided.
How information may be disclosed
- To providers supporting hosting, security, payments, email, analytics, product operations, customer support, or professional services.
- To authorities, courts, regulators, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or the Services.
- To a buyer, successor, lender, adviser, or participant in a proposed or completed business transaction, subject to appropriate protections.
- To a person or organization you direct Avora to contact.
Avora does not sell personal information for money or disclose it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that practice changes, this Notice will be updated and any legally required choice will be provided first.
Public records and third-party services
The Services may link to government websites, payment pages, professional resources, or other third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. Information submitted to a government filing system may become a public record.
Data retention
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide access, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, maintain security, and comply with law. Retention periods vary by information type, sensitivity, service, and legal requirements.
InfoCheck pilot entries, results, and private feedback expire after 30 days and are removed during automatic cleanup. If a participant expressly authorizes publication of a testimonial, the approved testimonial and the identification the participant selected may be retained after the remaining pilot record expires. Other information is deleted, deidentified, or securely disposed of when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to applicable business-record, dispute, security, and legal requirements.
Security
Avora uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed for the nature of the information and the size and scope of operations. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
If you believe information provided to Avora has been compromised, contact support@avorarelay.com promptly.
Your choices and privacy requests
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain personal information; to opt out of certain processing; or to appeal a decision.
Email support@avorarelay.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” Describe the request and the email associated with your interaction. Avora may take reasonable steps to verify identity and authority before responding.
Email communications
Transactional emails about purchases, access, security, or requested services are part of providing the Services. An email voluntarily provided for final testimonial approval is used for that approval contact and is not added to a marketing list. Marketing email is separate and will include an unsubscribe method. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary transactional messages.
Browser preference signals
There is no uniform standard for “Do Not Track” signals. Where applicable law requires recognition of a legally valid browser-based preference signal, Avora will honor it as required.
Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and Avora does not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. A later service directed to minors may use a separate or supplemental notice and consent process.
United States operations
Avora Relay is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where service providers operate, subject to applicable law.
Changes to this Notice
Avora may update this Notice as Services, practices, or laws change. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date, and additional notice or consent will be provided when required.
