EIN Filing Guide

Refund Policy

Effective September 5, 2026. This policy applies to the EIN Filing Guide.

7-day refund period

You may request a full refund within seven calendar days after successful purchase. Opening or using the guide does not by itself disqualify a timely request.

After seven days, contact us about a duplicate or incorrect charge, or a material Avora access problem reported promptly that we cannot reasonably fix. Any refund rights required by law still apply.

How to request a refund

Open My Account and use the refund control under your EIN guide purchase. An eligible request is submitted to Stripe and pauses that guide’s access while it is processed. If the refund fails or is cancelled, access is restored for the original period. An EIN refund does not end a separately purchased Ohio guide’s access.

Email support@avorarelay.com with the subject “EIN Guide Refund Request.” Include your account email and order or receipt number if available. No SSN, ITIN, card number, or IRS documents are needed.

Your request date is the date we receive your message. We will acknowledge it within two business days and approve or explain a denial within five business days after receiving the information needed to locate and review the order.

Limited exclusions

We may deny a request when we reasonably document fraud, an unauthorized request, account sharing or resale, automated copying, or repeated refund-and-repurchase abuse of this same product. We will explain the reason. These exclusions do not limit remedies required by law.

Your payment and access

An approved full refund returns the amount paid to Avora, including applicable tax collected on that purchase, to the original payment method. Posting time depends on Stripe and your bank.

Paid access ends when the full refund succeeds. A disputed or reversed payment may suspend access while it is reviewed. A refund does not cover professional fees or other payments made outside Avora. The IRS charges nothing for the EIN itself.
